Quality Assurance Manager At Abou Ghaly Motors (Energy Ventures)
Oversee the activities of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Determine, negotiate and take decisions on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Asses Sales requirements and ensuring that these are met
Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety
Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with both Petronas & Energy Ventures standards
Work with the production staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
Developing management and technical reports
Determine training needs
Encourage change and improvement in performance and quality
Direct objectives to maximize profitability
Record, analyze and distribute statistical information
Carryout and monitor testing and inspection of products materials to ensure the finished product meets quality standards
Monitor overall performance
Supervise technical or laboratory staff.
