Job description
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.
The QA/QC Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities for Quality Assurance:
Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
Responsible for Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations (ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, OHAS18001-2007, ISO 45001)
Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain Company’s accreditations.
Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met
Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements
Report on Company’s QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as/when required.
Produce further analysis and reports as may be required by the Directors from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor degree in science, engineering or business-related field
Males only.
Preferably resident near from 10th of Ramadan.
Experience +10 years in industrial field.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, Planning and organization skills
Good technical and IT skills.
Be familiar with different aspects of quality management (tools, concepts, etc.)
Team working skills
Good negotiating and report writing skills
