Job description:
Recent graduates & hard worker, with a medical background willing to gain new technical skills and be responsible for managing different accounts (Cardio, Infection control & etc.)
In addition, they should be capable of progressively improve therapy awareness, maximize our revenue and follow up with the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and key objectives aiming to accelerate our economic growth.
· Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
· Understand the essential requirements of current clients to ensure their specific needs are being met.
· Act to professionally acquire more customers and adequately manage client relationships (new and existing)
· Manage, direct, and properly supervise all sales units across all our companies.
· Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
· Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
· Streamlining lead generation processes enabling sales teams to chase leads swiftly.
· Implementing new sales strategies and techniques making sure instantly follow best.
· Making commercial recommendations to our board of executive directors.
· Handling a variety of marketing projects for the business.
Job Requirements & Preferred Skills:
· Bachelor degree in Business / science or associated field.
·1:2 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing with Sales experience, Medical background is a plus.
·Marketing diploma/Course is an asset.
.Good record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing key roles, instantly recognize potential clients and the selling process well.
· Good with numbers and analytical skills.
· Passionate in Marketing, Strategy/planning & product management.
· Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
· MS Office sufficiently mastering (Excel, PowerPoint & word.)
· Have strong functional skills and leadership capabilities.
· Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities.
· High English proficiency is a MUST.
