Private Clients Business Development Manager At ALEXBANK
Responsible for managing a team of Senior Financial Advisors on acquiring new high net worth clients, cross selling to the existing high net worth clients and assisting branches RMs to better manage and serve high net worth clients.
Execution of customer on-boarding process.
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop monthly acquisition & cross-selling campaigns for customers and/or products.
Conduct market research to identify new potential customers / sales opportunities.
Formulating high net worth annual targets & KPIs for the SFAs team.
Assisting branches & RMs with any needed day to day support related to high net worth clients.
Perform monthly performance meetings with SFAs team to discuss achieved results vs. targets and action plans.
Develop and implement a monthly sales action plan to achieve the annual budgets.
Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory policies .
Perform deep dive analysis of the portfolio and developing the segment's dashboard illustrating strengths and weakness points with the related action plan addressing points of weakness.
Work closely with regional managers and branch managers to support managing high net worth portfolios in branches.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience
Managing a portfolio of high net worth customers
Track record of building portfolios of customers
Track record of working in a highly competitive sales environment in one of the top banks in Egypt and achieving set targets
