Planning Manager At ALPLA TABA for Plastics S.A.E.
WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
Assist to monitor all planning department budgets and manage all inventories on quarterly basis and assist all team members to manage all production schedules.Prepare efficient training programs for all planning team, mainly for the processes and manage inventory level for all components and finished products.
Assist with a planning timeline for all new product launching // Phasing out for non used and ageing products.
Evaluate investment needed for additional customer demand.
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent.7+ years of Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing company.
Ability to organize diverse information, analyze and solve disputes.
In depth knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) is required.
University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent.
Proficiency in using computer and the ability to use system based production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to manage manufacturing processes.
Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety is needed.
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills in interacting with customers and those involved in operations
With high independent thinking over improvements and procedures in planning and with strong leadership and decision making skills
With high sense of responsibility and professionalism over job/task assigned; willing to learn new things and open for challenges
Highly analytical, quick and positive mind in responding immediately to planning concerns and issues
