Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting group of products in specialized therapeutic area, deals physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders in private health insurance and works strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company portfolio to ensure optimal and continuous product availability in the market.
Major Accountabilities:
Deliver agreed target and increases the market share.
Maintains accurate coverage of the assigned accounts and ensure full reporting requirements, in line with Company policy guidelines.
Build long-term business relationships with the relevant customers through different engagement programs
Sets specific promotional goals for each account while ensuring that all the accounts assigned follow the agreed upon action plan.
Running promotional marketing activities and educational meetings for physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders
Prepare presentations, plans, and contact reports as required
Maintains excellent on-going knowledge of disease areas, product and competitors.
Recognizes and exploits every channel opportunity.
Understand business, market needs and competitive environment
Minimum requirements
Medical background
Full Timer Medical Rep with working experience for at least 2 full years.
Demonstrate strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstrate strong business analytics and understanding that ensure good capabilities in business planning.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Good verbal and written communication skills
