Job Summary
Development, implementation and accountability for Pre-Launch and
Pre-registration plans, which ensures fast uptake after launch.
Major Accountabilities:
Proactive development of marketing mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs
Scan and understand internal and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver successful launch.
Liaison with external/internal bodies to deliver initiatives for brand
Accurate management of budgets for brand.
Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand patient and Sandoz interest.
Delivery of agreed brand initiative before launch in terms of clear market understanding, KA mapping.
Full accountability for brand and delivery of all programs related to it. Customers at the Centre of the Strategy
Understanding and use of marketing principles and C4/MPH process to deliver to customer needs according the NP4 guidelines before launch
Disease and market understanding to develop customer insight through
Minimum requirements
Medical background (Pharmacists/Physician/Veterinarian) is preferred.
Experience in managing OTC products, Nutrition products or FMCG products is mandatory.
Two years marketing experience.
Demonstrate strong Marketing competencies.
Demonstrate strong business analytics and understanding that ensure good capabilities in business planning.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Good verbal and written communication skills
