Marbella Group is currently looking for an office Manager
Maintain Operation Director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Keep in touch with the Head office.
Follow up action plan tasks.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (Calls, e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Interviewing and on-boarding new managers, and organizing their employment paperwork.
Provide general support to visitors.
Audit housekeeping activates.
Preparing and sending monthly samples to head office & prepare special gifts.
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, events and conferences.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
Bachelor of Bussiness Administration or any other related field
at least 7 years Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
