Medical Sales Representative-Giza At Bayer
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act key link between BAYER and healthcare professionals through developing adequate professional relations with identified customers to help them identify cases where they can prescribe / dispense / use our products for the benefit of their customers.
To meet given sales targets by promoting our products to the customers, in accordance with given guidelines, with the help of resources provided, under the guidance of the respective Supervisor.
Communicate the product benefits to potential customers prescribing / dispensing / using identified products.
Strategically increase the awareness of BAYER products through continuous learning and sharing of latest information for Healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate customer lists and records through documenting, updating and analyzing customer data continuously- Ensure SAM Process implementation
Ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets following company values and beliefs; ensure the implementation of marketing & sales plans as well as the use of territory / product / competitor knowledge.
Prepare timely planning, feedback and sales documentation / sales reporting to the Supervisors as per request and prior agreement so as to ensure optimum territory coverage.
Assist the direct manager in creating effective business plans for the assigned area through sharing knowledge and experience gained in the assigned field.
Ensure compliant behavior in correspondence to company rules and regulations at any time.
Area Forecast accuracy is a major role
Assure implementation of the visibility programs inside the pharmacies
Continuous feedback concerning Bayer brands & competitors
Managing Group meetings & A/V activities
Marketing activities implementation include DTC ( Direct To Consumer ) activities
WHO YOU ARE
1 year of Sales experience as Medical Representative
1 year working experience in the assigned country
Good command of English and/ or Arabic
