Maintenance Engineer - 10th of Ramadan Egypt, Jotun
Duties and responsibilities
Execute an effective preventive maintenance system in congruence with HSE, ISO & OSHAS and ensure that all machinery is properly maintained through utilization of Faciliwork and by using internal resources to ensure optimum costs and minimize interruption to factory production processes and warehouse operation.
Monitor regularly the quality of maintenance done and follow up on by running trials operation and test equipment to ensure that all machines are running properly and minimize sudden break down.
Maintain sufficient Stock from consumable parts and parts by purchasing, receiving, recording spare parts withdrawn & returned and conducting yearly count in order to maintain and control the optimum inventory and avoid extra & less stock.
Assist actively in the belt program sustain and development according to the group Maintenance directions to ensure the company’s assets and resources are efficiently utilized.
Manage and supervise Jotun maintenance team and the external contractors worker inside the plant through providing clear direction to ensure the steadies of the work flow for the operation.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering is a must
Very good experience in handling / maintaining different types of fire fighting and fire alarm systems ( smoke detectors, heat detectors, beam detectors...etc)
Good experience in fire fighting Diesel pumps and fire fighting network with its all accessories
Excellent Arabic & English Speaker
3-5 years experience in maintenance field
