Logistics Business Development Executive At Beyti - A Joint Venture of Almarai & Pepsico
Identify new business opportunities through developing new business accounts. Undertake new business sales calls to win new business. Develop financial supporting data and process data to potential business wins. Responsible in maintaining customer database through regular sales visits. Ensure the service execution quality and alignment with various stakeholders (internal & external)
Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers in: Backhauling, Co-distribution, Co-warehousing, Delivery for others, Selling wooden pallets, delivery/Distribution Tenders.
Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present all possible products and services.
Develop SOPs for this service to ensure proper execution as per contract with customers.
Ensure service execution to meet the contractual agreement
Generate and distribute specific reports as required in alignment with the position.
Coordinate and follow up selling activities within the department such as Dispatcher Manager, Warehousing Managers, Fleet Manager.
Maintain close working relationships with the finance team and legal team to ensure 100% compliance.
Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
Work with logistics manager and HR in development of business case for extra Resources Planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / Equivalent combination of work experience)
Minimum five years’ experience in Supply Chain preferred
