Objective:


We are looking for HR Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Also, will be responsible for administrative tasks related to HR role and will contribute to making the company a better place to work.




Responsibilities:


Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

Ensures employee maintains a high level of professionalism and competence in their assigned work duties.

Monitors adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

Measures employee retention and turnover rates.

Oversees the workforce planning, recruitment and selection process.

Shortlists candidates’ CVs against job descriptions, posts job ads, updates vacancy, and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, moreover, checking reference if any.

Maintains pay plan and benefits program.

Manages the welfare and engagement activities.

Oversees daily operations of the HR department.

Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Provides counseling on policies and procedures.

Creates and implements effective on-boarding plans.

Develops training and development programs.

Assists in performance management processes to support organizational growth.

Oversees the process of probationary period assessment.

Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Supports CHRO by Reports management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

Works as an assistant for CHRO in any other task will be assigned with regard to the HR field, including writing letters, circulars, job offers, memos, and official decisions.

Qualifications:

0 - 1 years’ experience in the HR field.

HR professional diploma is a must.

BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.


Needed Skills:

Experience doing research using multiple sources.

Excellent writing and verbal skills in English.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Is able to work independently.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Time management skills.

Excellent People and communication skills.
