We are currently hiring #HR Specialist

- Qualifications

• B.Sc. in business or other related fields. 

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years’ experience in HR (Preferred in recruitment).

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Excellent computer skills, specially Microsoft Excel. 

• Excellent command of English Language.

- Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Handle the company internal communication issues and participate in communication enhancement projects and activities. 

• Participate in the cultivation of the company values in employees and work on activities and projects that ensure those values are being respected and not violated. 

• Initiate and organize different motivational activities that enhance the employee’s performance and the working environment. 

• Handle job postings, review of applicants, resumes, and interviews. 

• Create and maintain job descriptions. 

• Participate in handling of training activities. 

• Handle headcount planning and budgeting.
