MISSION:
• Agree & establish safety procedures & effective controls for the Management of Change, Safety Management of Contractors & Commissioning of new Equipment’s & Machine validation.
• Lead the development of risk assessment & conduct the necessary method statements reviews during the assembly & commissioning stage of the factory.
• Support the site team in carrying out the OHS & Environment risk assessments. Track the implementation of the appropriate controls to mitigate or contain the risks.
• Reduce the site's environmental impact in the areas of hazardous & non-hazardous waste, water & energy consumption.
• Lead the qualification of the site to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 with the factory team
• Monitor site SHE related legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/national regulatory requirements.
• Support the crisis team and safety committee; leading incident investigation and analysis.
• Determine training needs and assist in delivery of training programs
• Ensuring that SHE related critical data and records are maintained with integrity.
PROFILE:
• B.Sc. In Engineering or Science.
• Min 1 Year Experience in Environmental engineering.
• Knowledge in IMS ISO 14001 (Is a must) , preferred lead auditor certificate
• Specialized post-grad in SHE training & certificates
