Health and Safety Specialist

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in science, engineering or relevant field.

2. Minimum One year experience.

3. Previous experience in food industry is a plus.

4. NEBOSH certificate is a must

5. OSHA or any other safety related certificate is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks

2. Assisting with the development, implementation and review of

working policies, process, standards and procedures to promote an

efficient, effective, reliable and safe work environment.

3. Assisting development, implementation and updating of existing

and new HSE programs and plans.

4. Conducting HSE inspections, audits (weekly or monthly) and daily

walks.

5. Actively participate in all HSE activities (induction, training,

awareness, tool boxtalk, etc.)

6. Participate in incident investigation to identify root cause of the

incident and proposing suitable corrective action to prevent

reoccurrence.
