Summary:
• Following up the production process and ensure that it complies with ISO standard and good manufacture practices (GMP) principles.
Job requirements:
§ Ensure of following up the dispensing and preparation of gelatin and it complies with the GMP principles.
§ Following up the sampling process from the encapsulation machine to ensure it complies with the required specifications which are mentioned in the batch record.
§ Supervise the visual inspection of capsules and taking samples from each batch to ensure that it complies with the required specifications which are mentioned in the batch record.
§ Ensure the starting up of the coating process and the machine and place are clear from the previous product and the process complies with the GMP principles.
§ Start and follow up of the printing process and ensure of clearness of the previous product.
§ Ensure that the printing is obvious on the capsules.
Taking samples from the printed capsules to ensure the hardness of capsules are within limit as mentioned in the batch record.
§ Start and follow up the packaging process and the clearness of the previous product.
§ Ensure of the following:
§ Start and follow up of the packaging process and the clearness of the previous product.
§ Ensure that the batch No., manufacture date and expiry date which are printed on blister and carton are correct as mentioned in batch record.
§ Make the leakage test for the blisters.
§ Collect samples for retention and chemical analysis.
§ Following the environmental & occupational safety and health instruction during performing the job duties.
Qualifications:
BSc of science or Agriculture.
Very good English language and computer skills.
Very good observation skills.
Attention to details.
Very good communication skills.
Very good analysis and solving problems skills.
Planning and organizing skills with distributing responsibilities.
