Summary:
Coordinate the validation studies which include process validation, cleaning validation and machine qualification as well.
Job requirements:
· Attend during the validation study in the production area to ensure the validity of the study steps.
· Follow up the sampling process of the studied batches.
· Revise the reports of machine qualification.
· Receive the result analysis of the studied batches.
· Prepare the validation’s SOPs.
· Prepare the final reports.
· Following the environmental & occupational safety and health instruction during performing the job duties.
Qualifications:
· BSc of science.
· Very good English language (written and spoken).
· Computer skills.
· Very good statistical skills.
· Attention to details.
· Very good communication skills.
· Problems solving and analysis skills.
· Planning and organizing skills with distributing responsibilities.
· GMP awareness.
· Process and cleaning validation.
· Risk assessment.
