Job description
We are hiring a full time "Travel administrative assistance" for immediate hire.
Salary: 4000 EGP net per month, to be increased after 6 months based on performance. *
Working hours: 8 hours a day - 2 days off
Office location: Mohandessin (Giza, Egypt)
Work will be mainly from home. The employee will be required to come to the office as per work need and during training time.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate daily administration work
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Implement company's process for tour operation logistics
Respond to social media messages
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Fresh graduates and students in last year of university can apply)
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Very good command of English is a must
*Note: The first month is a probation and training month. Half salary will be paid for the first month until proven employee efficiency.
