Job Summary:
To achieve production plan of tablet and capsule according cGMP regulation.Duties:
Receive weekly production plan from Section Head.
Supervise product preparation, compression, capsule filling, coating and inspection
Issue and update SOP’s.
Communicate with maintenance department about maintenance needs.
Coordinate with validation department the required validation and qualifications.
Follow up execution of cGMP during manufacturing process.
Prepare & record batch record as checker, record logbook and record temperature.
Ensure and check room cleanliness & clearance before manufacturing.
Receive and check raw martial from dispensing.
Issue deviation report for QA.
Follow up samples results with QC department.
Perform any Additional tasks as requested.
Job Requirements:
Experience: From 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
