Job description

Misr Insurance Holding Company announces its need to occupy an accountant position to work in the company on a renewable fixed-term employment contract according to the following conditions.

 

Role Profile:

Implementation of the accounting function in general in translating financial events into information by recording, classifying and summarising them according to accounting principles and assumptions to arrive at the result of the business in the form of financial statements that help in decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establishing programs for implementing accounting systems, taking into account the necessary scientific and technical rules.

Participate in preparing statements of financial position, final accounts and financial statements.

Preparing accounting books and ledger and making accounting entries.

Issuing the exchange permission for paying taxes, fees and sums spent within the jurisdiction.

Monitor letters of guarantee and exchange licenses and ensure that they are issued and approved by the authorised authorities.

Participate in preparing the cash flow statement periodically every week.

Examine debit and credit balances and prepare settlement notes.

Issuing checks and making accounting settlements in accordance with the granted authorisations.

Contacting entities, institutions and banks that require the nature of work to contact them.

Qualifications needed:

Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting Division, Fresh graduate - grade (good at least).

Residents of Cairo or Giza stated in his/her national ID.

Competences required:

The ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Effective institutional communication capabilities.

Ability to set goals and achieve them.

Ability to predict risks and set alternatives to deal with them.

Continuous learning and development.

إعلان وظيفة محاسب بقطاع الشئون المالية

تعلن شركة مصر القابضة للتأمين عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة محاسب للعمل بالشركة بعقد عمل محددة المدة قابل للتجديد وذلك وفقاً للشروط :التالية

:الهدف العام للوظيفة

تنفيذ وظيفة المحاسبة بشكل عام في ترجمة الأحداث المالية إلى معلومات عن طريق تسجيلها وتبويبها وتلخيصها وذلك وفقاً لمجموعة .المبادئ والفروض المحاسبية للتوصل لنتيجة النشاط في صورة قوائم تساعد في إتخاذ القرار

:المسئوليات / المهام

·وضع برامج تنفيذ النظم المحاسبية ومراعاة اتباع القواعد العلمية والفنية اللازمة

·الإشتراك في إعداد الميزانيات والحسابات الختامية والقوائم المالية

·إعداد الدفاتر المحاسبية والدفاتر المساعدة وإجراء القيود الدفترية

·تحرير أذون الصرف الخاصة بسداد الضرائب والرسوم والمبالغ المنصرفة في حدود الاختصاص

·مراقبة خطابات الضمان وتراخيص الصرف والتأكد من صدورها واعتمادها من السلطات المخولة

·الإشتراك في إعداد بيان السيولة النقدية أسبوعياً بصفة دورية

·فحص الأرصدة المدينة والدائنة وإعداد مذكرات تسويتها

·إصدار الشيكات وإجراء التسويات المحاسبية طبقاً للتفويضات الممنوحة

·الإتصال بالجهات والمصالح والبنوك التي تستلزم طبيعة العمل الإتصال بها

:المؤهلات والإشتراطات المطلوبة

.بكالوريوس تجارة شعبة محاسبة حديث التخرج بتقدير (جيد على الأقل)

.الإقامة الدائمة فى محافظتى القاهرة أو الجيزة وذلك من واقع بيانات بطاقة الرقم القومى

.القدرة على إتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات

.قدرات الإتصال المؤسسى الفعال

.القدرة على وضع الاهداف وتحقيقها

.القدرة على التنبؤ بالمخاطر وطرق التعامل معها
