About the Job
Work on shift bases.Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipments in the factory and distribute the work on the staff.
Assists the Electrical Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.
Analyze and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers.
Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.
Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.
Prioritize and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.
Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants.
Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.
Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
Participate in all the meetings of the department.
Prepare a report of the needs of the factory from spare parts.
Analyze and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. in engineering, preferably Electromechanical/ Electrical Power EngineeringA minimum of 3-4 years stretching experience preferably in Paper Making Industry
Excellent English language skills.
Strong internal customer focus.
