Summary
We are looking to hire a Document Engineer to join us in our mission of educating the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues in our content on our website and defining any issues that could be solved through creating new tools.
Responsibilities
Performing data analysis
Gathering and documenting user and functional requirements
Solving any technical issues that appear in Nagwa’s content on our website (e.g., typesetting)
Developing and maintaining automation solutions to the content and markup teams to improve the productivity level
Assisting in the maintenance and review of supporting technical data/documents
Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
0–1 years of experience
Excellent command of English
Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, HTML, SVG, and TeX
Basic understanding of software development
Knowledge of Python is a plus
