Job description
The Digital Specialist should handle the company newly developed projects, and be a focal point with the developers.
Web based platforms development
Creating the web development brief to be shared with agenesis, for developing new platforms.
Acting as a focal point between the agency and the company to ensure the delivery of the project with the desired quality and in the agreed time manner.
Creating the UAT (user acceptance test for each project sign off)
Handling the SLA with the agencies for the current platforms to solve any bugs or errors that might occur
Managing the platforms new requested features by the business units and the marketing team to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
Handling the Hosting renewing and adding processes and payments for the company’s owned platforms,
Upload the company facilities locations on Google business location with the agreed view card to ensure the best presence.
Working with the advertising agencies in integrating campaign tagging codes with our platforms
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing Major) or any relative field.
Required Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the same field is a mandatory.
Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite
Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
