WE Data is currently hiring “Avaya Engineer” with the below requirements:

From 0-2 years’ of experience in current telco solutions.
Bachelor of engineering or computer science
Professional communication skills, able to customize message appropriately depending on audience, including customers and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, able to co-ordinate complex projects involving multiple parties, interrelated issues and demanding timelines
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
Strong analytical skills for timely reporting metrics.
Willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
strong project management skills
-Experience with telco systems solutions such as:

·         Teleopti management solution.
·         Call center WFM management system
·         Lithium solution.
·         AES servers
·         Application support.
·         WFO Recording solution (select)
·         I-listen recording system.
·         Social media systems.
·         .Contact Centers solutions.
