Virtual Communications Representatives
VCR Team is responsible to drive geographical expansion in order to contribute in delivering growth and TA leadership, improve reach to non-targeted HCPs and targeted HCPs with difficulty in F2F access via remote detailing ‘’ phone detailing and other digital channels’’.

What you’ll do
Promote AstraZeneca portfolio through different virtual channels (phone detailing, emails, Veeva engage, etc.).
Improve the reach to new nontargeted customers through virtual engagement.
Improve the impact of virtual detailing by multi-brand selling model.
Achieve high standard quality of virtual communication.
Accountable for the achievement of different Sales KPIs including number of virtual interactions.
Achieve market growth and others

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology or Vet graduate
At least one year of experience in Pharmaceutical company
Excellent communication skills in English/ Arabic
Presentation skills via virtual channels
Digital abilities and learning agility
Effective interpersonal and team building skills
Conform with troubleshooting technical difficulties
Familiarity and experience with CRM, reporting, and documentation is preferable
Completed military or other governmental obligations
NB: Virtual Communication Representative will be eligible for the benefits of Medical Representative except for the company car.
