Virtual Communications Representatives
Introduction to role
As a Virtual Communications Representative (E Rep) at AstraZeneca, you will drive geographical expansion to contribute to growth and therapeutic area leadership. Your role will involve improving reach to non-targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs) and those with limited face-to-face access through remote detailing via phone and other digital channels. Here, you will experience a fast-paced and agile environment, supporting the business on a journey of evolution and growth, driven by new and exciting technology and digital innovations. Accountabilities
- Promote AstraZeneca's portfolio through various virtual channels (phone detailing, emails, Veeva engage, etc.).
- Enhance reach to new non-targeted customers through virtual engagement.
- Improve the impact of virtual detailing by employing a multi-brand selling model.
- Maintain high standards of virtual communication quality.
- Achieve different Sales KPIs, including the number of virtual interactions.
- Drive market growth and other key performance indicators.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or Veterinary graduate
- At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical company
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic
- Presentation skills via virtual channels
- Digital abilities and learning agility
- Effective interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties
- Familiarity and experience with CRM, reporting, and documentation is preferable
