Virtual Medical Reps' Team Lead At IQVIA -Science , Vet and pharmacy
Responsibilities:
Lead & coach virtual medical rep team to execute new digital initiatives & projects.
Cooperate with the marketing team, understand the business model, target the consumer and identify new digital opportunities.
Manage related projects' data and set action standards for data collection.
Establish a clear definition of success & KPIs to guide the Virtual team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical sciences/ Vet Medicine/ General Science.
1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial position within the pharmaceutical industry.
Basic Knowledge in digital marking is highly preferable.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a challenging environment.
