Role purpose:
To implement strategy for the Enterprise, consumer, messaging, mediation and enablers products & Services in technology team, to provide development, implementation and integration of applications and integration with partners to support the organization strategy and business plans, ensuring best quality, cost efficient solutions and best customer experience. To manage the different VAS platforms this is not limited to Mediation, USSD, SMSC, SDP platforms, subscription management, SADM
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Planning & Strategy: apply , tune and implement VAS services & Mediation platforms strategies by alignment with VF-Group direction, Business entities, and across technology
• Result Delivery : Building and developing next generation systems to achieve best customer experience for VAS & Mediation .
• Vendor management: Managing & developing relationships with third party suppliers to deliver best in class VAS services.

• Evaluate multiple priorities, mitigate risk factors and result oriented.
• Strong communication skills
• Innovative and self-motivated.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• 5+ years of Telecom/IT experience
• Computer Science or Engineering degree is a must
• Track record of technical design and Network dimensions in telecom
• Fast learning & quick adaptation
• Solid development background
