About the Job

Lead strategic projects with cross functional teams, including plan development and execution.

Consult with HBE teams with initiatives in execution to support assessment and adaptation of strategies in complex, evolving systems.

Provide project status updates to company leadership.

Work closely with corporate executives and business leaders.

Support integration as needed through involvement in specific integration work streams.

Create innovative processes, products, and solutions in anticipation of trends.

Manage growth initiative work streams, and run project meetings to ensure activities stay on track.

Communicate assigned tasks in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results.

Identify specific business areas that requires improvement and provide strategic and implementable solutions.

Oversee and execute HBE wide strategic planning process.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree of Economics or any relevant field.

Experience:

Proven 2-3 years of experience in the same position.

Strong organizational Skills.

Strong quantitative skills.

Demonstrate ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and cross group teams.
