About the Job
-Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
-Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
-Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
-Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
-Meet service level and response time objectives
-Meet quality objectives
-Perform customer identification
-Perform shipment identification
-Record sales leads and operation
-Leads record customer complaints.
-Make continuous work process improvements
-Revenue Generator.
Job Requirements
-0-2 years of Experience.
-Cairo Residents who live near to 10th of Ramadan City ONLY.
-Bachelor degree
-Write & speak English fluently
-Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
