Sales Operation Associate At Eli Lilly
Job summary:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Sales Operations Manager for data processing and reporting and to provide helpful insights to increase Sales Force efficiency. The Sales Operation Associate will also act as the back-up for the Sales Operations Manager.
The Sales Ops Associate uses IMS, CRM and other data available to prepare tools & reports to evaluate sales team performance, and shares these with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
The role plays a critical role in the execution of brand operational plans. Associate works closely with Sales Director & Marketing director to follow up execution metrics of SFE, brands including P2P program & MCE solutions.
Main Accountability/responsibility:
Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of data:
Serve as the expert on CRM Tool (VEEVA) and liaise between Sales Team and global CRM team for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on Veeva.
Support Sales Ops Manager in deployment analysis and update reporting systems accordingly.
Supporting Brand Managers & District Sales Managers to improve plan split process per Sales Representative.
CRM/Activity reports to share with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis and to prepare comprehensive reports summarizing SPP performance
Provide data-driven conclusions, identify best practices and propose solutions for continuous improvement
Design/Prepare Targeting exercise with Brand Managers and share it with Sales Force.
Deliver IDP(Veeva) training about Lilly Sales Operations to new-hire Sales Reps.
Ensure the creation of marketing events on Veeva aligning with global standards
Monthly updating of the Sales Force Effectiveness dashboard (execution radar) and regularly sharing analysis with District Sales Managers and Sales Director
Calculating and finalizing Sales Force Incentives.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Pharmacy major is desired
Knowledge and Experience
Core:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales operations\analytics within pharmaceuticals
Experience and ability to use statistical tools
Proven experience to work as an individual and team contributor
Desired:
Prior knowledge of Veeva CRM Tool
Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company
