Recruitment Specialist At Halwani Brothers 

Halwani Brothers Egypt is hiring Recruitment Specialist " Females only":
Key Tasks:

§ Maintain and updated list of vacancies and job openings.
§ Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
§ Execute per-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-Level posts.
§ Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
§ Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
§ Announce internally the position and the starting date of the new hire.
§ Update the organizational chart monthly and send to HR director and department's head.
§ Provide analytical reports to reflect recruitment business plan.
§ Submit candidate's offers and follow up with Personnel until placement.

Job qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications,
§ Public Relations or a related field.
§ 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field with a proven track record of Success.
§ Acquaintance with the local employment market and community resources
§ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
§ Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications.
