Production Officer At DABUR EGYPT LIMITED 10th of Ramadan, Sharjah, Egypt
Job purpose
The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company,and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and implementing action plans to maximize overall equipment efficiency.
•Distribution of workload to operators in order to achieve daily production targets.
• Planning day to day production to achieve
maximum production.
•Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM according to production schedules.
• Development of operator through multi-skill.
• Implementation of safety audits, 5'S, TPM, GMP.
•Supervising hourly production and Utilization of manpower accurately
•Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
• Responsible for suggestions and Kaizen activities.
• Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience
•Strong communication skills
•FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing
background is a must
•Very good skills in written and spoken English

• Working hours: 08:30 Hours including 60 minutes break
•Days off: Fri & Alt Sat's.
• Work location: Factory 10th of Ramadan City -Egypt
