Production Filling Shift Leader - Laundry & Home Care - Port Said Plant At Henkel Egypt
YOUR ROLE
Lead your shift (four production lines) and be accountable/responsible for the team's performance, development, and productivity
Monitor production KPIs (OEE, T/FTE, Achievement %, OF %, Damage %)
Conduct daily safety walk-ins and ensure cultural development through coaching
Report, in a timely manner, all incidents and failures in the filling area
Ensure daily stock keeping at the production lines & raw materials' staging area
Contribute to Henkel's Production System (HPS) by supporting projects/applications in the filling area
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant study
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, preferably at a similar multinational FMCG
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge is a plus
