Job Description
Responsible for the necessary preparations for all production lines like: CIP (Clean in Place), SIP (Sterilization in Place) and Packaging Materials.
Review the production plan before starting the production operations in order to calculate all required materials for the plan.
Make sure of production line cleanness before starting up the production machine.
Follow up all steps and conditions which effects on the product quality during the production operation.
Improve the GMP roles and procedures that support his department to meet the quality standards.
Take the necessary action toward any food safety issue appears during the production operations.
Calculate SIC (Short Interval Control) everyone hour during the production operation and taking the proper action if the results under the equipment KPI’s.
Support the maintenance team to define the expected root cause for any downtime / fault in the production equipment.
Calculate the production wastage for his line per shift and measuring the wastage according to the department KPI’s.
Issue the production report for his machine during the shift and monitor weight, seal, form, code date, and production quantity.
Skills
Sc. of Agriculture or BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 0-3 Year experience of Milk & Juice processing.
