Job Description
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Achieving Product target.
Managing to reach maximum productivity:
expenses versus results.
Achieving product success through creative
differentiation and selling values and concepts.
Responsible for the development & the validation of long-term planning & forecasting.
Creating an annual marketing plan.
Implementing the marketing plans & key strategies to achieve objectives
Managing the launch of new product & line
extensions.
Able to create creative ideas for product life cycle management.
Developing relations with Field force management and another related department
Preparing, training and motivating the Field Force on product related issues.
Searching & proposing new products for
registration.
Ability to build long term partnership with
customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of pharmaceutical science/
veterinary medicine.
At least 3 years of experience as a product
manager in reputable pharmaceutical company.
Growth mindset.
Proven leadership & Management skills.
Proven ability to think strategic.
Problem solving & decision-making skills.
