Non-sterile Production Specialist At Sanofi
JOB PURPOSE:
Lead the packaging production team in all the processes & operations with ensuring compliance with Sanofi quality standards & GMP and fulfilling the production plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Implementing GMP concepts through daily work.
Supervise duties of supervisors, operators and workers with coordination of packaging section head.
Monitor products packaging activities in compliance with the requirements of Sanofi & GMP.
Ensure the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the packaging area & personnel.
Ensure that all production equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Make sure the on-job training of production personnel is up to date.
Respecting standard labor & machine hours.
Check the availability of adequate packaging materials & utilities in the packaging department.
Updating SOPs used in packaging areas.
Training of subordinates, operators and workers for GMP, HSE guides and SOPs.
Respecting the division KPIs in objectives.
Fulfill the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.
Reporting any deviation occurring during packaging process.
HSE & Energy Role:
Applying the machine safety checklist on regular basis.
Ergonomics training on regular basis.
Commitment to the appropriate PPE use Ensures that risk assessment to any new transferred product and new machine is adequately covered.
Continuous monitoring to the first aid boxes Executing waste management measures for optimum utilization of resources.
Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.
Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
Related Experience:
Not Less Than 4 years of experience in Production. (Preferred with previous experience in Packaging).

Excellent Computer skills.
Excellent Command of English.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
