Maintenance Engineer At AkzoNobel
Location: Giza, EG
Job Purpose
Ensure safe and proper environment for all maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities
Hands on experience in Low and medium voltage is a must.
Proven experience and good knowledge in classic control and PLC.
Very good Excel user.
Good knowledge with AutoCAD.
Fluent English (Speaking, Writing and Technical)
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Key Activities
Perform root cause analysis, execute preventative maintenance plans and utilize predictive maintenance techniques to advise on appropriate maintenance planning on capital investments to ensure safety, quality, and reliability of site assets
Execute engineering plan for the site based on strategic agenda and investment plans/needs
Execute engineering projects at the site to meet the proper efficiency, time, scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support in KPIs setting and regular measuring and monitoring.
Participate in budget setting and monitors costs in line with set budget.
Find and updates files for every machinery, equipment…etc including maintenance instructions and records.
Create and update maintenance SOPs.
Experience
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in production lines maintenance, similar field is preferable.
Education
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Electromechnical
