A.Job Description
Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
Maintain and constantly improve existing systems.
Determine bottleneck in the current systems and suggest solutions to problems.
Determine issues with business Internet connectivity, WAN technologies, remote access and VPN configuration.
Participate in security management set up.
Use diagnostic tools to determine deficiencies and work on enhancing these deficiencies.
Installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments.
Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
Formulate and design the security system in place to maintain data safety.
B. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infratructure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
