Job Details
To provide on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours to ensure healthy environment to the company’s systems and uninterrupted smooth business operations.
Job Resposiblities
1)End to End system monitoring.
2) Handle service requests received for customers complaints.
3) fix/escalate recieved complaints via Problem Management system.
4)troubleshoot/investigate issues raised during post production tests.
5)Enhance End to End System performance.
Qualifications Essential
Bsc. In Computer Science or equivalent related degree. Development or Implementation.
Computer skills Advanced MS office and scripting are required.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).
Strong interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Very Good Communications Skills.
Qualifications Desirable
Ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues.
Ability to communicate with multiple levels of internal and external contacts
Flexible and responsive.
Experience Essential
Minimum 0 to 3 years of Experience in Applications Support.
ORACLE environment (RDBMS Tools and Applications).
UNIX and Windows Operating systems.
Unix shell scripting Knowledge.
Development tools (Java Development or Object Oriented programming)
Experience Desirable
Good knowledge about Unix/Linux. Good knowledge about SQL. Good knowledge about Shell scripting. Good knowledge about any other programing language
Experience Essential
Presentation skills. Technical Writing. Desirable: Project Management. ITIL Foundations. Leadership and Managing Others.
