HR Supervisor At Evyap Borg El Arab, Alexandria, Egypt
Job purpose
We're looking for a HR Supervisor located in our Borg El Arab Plant, Egypt. The purpose of the role is to manage and control all recruitment, training and OD plans related to Supply Chain and increase administrative efficiencies in ensuring that Evyap policies and applications are compliant with the labor law.
Job Description
-Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to- day management of employees,reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
-Manage the internal communication channels and platforms with labor representatives and ensure HR policies for workplace diversity, fairness and inclusivity to be compliant with the Egyptian labor law
-Handle recruitment processes, Training and
employee development and career management
Nurture company brand loyalty and employee'
talents and hard, soft and technical skills
Determine and support the implementation of
curriculum for specific corporate needs such
as Leadership development and Supply Chain
development
-Work with other members of the HR department to meet the team's performance objectives, e.g, career planning, retention programs, high performance development, etc.
-Manage ISO & other audit requirements to ensure compliance with ISO standards and Human Rights
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Business administration, Human Resources Management, Commerce or related
-6-9 years of related experience in Human resources management (Preferably in FMCG industry)
-Very good command of English Language (Written&Spoken)
-Able to work independently and with minimal
supervision
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Excellent follow-up and ability to work under strict deadlines
-Good computer presentation and report presentation skills
