Executive Administrative Assistant At Palm Hills Developments
-Coordination between all Department team
members & other Departments to get maximum
results in least time.
-Assist & organize for VP work duties.
-Assist in applying: Contracts Renewal, Revising
Budget monthly, Tracking ERP system & suppliers' invoices work log.
-Assist in all internal operations in all areas
(October, N.Cairo & North Coast).
-Management Agreements with other Departments.
-Review contract dates and when to renew
-Review the monthly updated budget & prepare
analysis & required work log.
-Coordinating with Administration team to handle all operation invoices & tracking ERP system.
-Prepare for VP meetings& take necessary actions to handle owners' issues.
Education: Bachelor Degree
PC Knowledge: Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Technical skills: Customer Relationship
management, Effective Communication Skills and Professional attitude.
Other Requirements: Good command of English
