Enterprise Service Provisioning Engineer At Etisalat Egypt (0-1 Years of Experience)
Job Details:
- Responsible for activation and testing the B2B services End to End (ISP Network and Customer CPEs) and perform the proper troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned teams.
- Review next day installation prepared plan by making sure that all components ( devices , cables , TE work orders ..) are available and all stakeholders are informed to ensure successful and smooth installation cases.
- Coordinate distributing of work to ensure proper workload distribution among available team members.
- Review transportations papers to ensure meeting of company travel policy.
- Responsible for configuring modems, routers, any other required equipment and testing them to ensure proper hardware operation.
- Manage field technicians during the installation process at the central and customer site to ensure proper work steps are done by the tech.
- Manage solving any obstacles that may delay the installation process.
- Update concerned teams by any extra requirements of the customer to ensure that his requirements are totally met.
- Work closely with customer during activation phase for his router configuration & troubleshoot for any problem.
- Responsible for testing new solutions that are set by technical Enterprise solution team to ensure the proper service delivery.
- Responsible for testing the proper activation of 3G SIMs and Perform the troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned team.
- Work with Etisalat technical teams for installing and activating customers’ wireless connections.
- Responsible for testing the proper activation of wireless connections and Perform the troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned team
- Ensure receiving installation reports signed by the customer to keep updated records of all orders that were fulfilled and upload them on system.
- Update system with accurate technical data and close installed orders.
- Pay customer visit at project closure to deliver the whole project to the customer.
- Make site surveys and suggest the requirements for applicable solutions.
- Any other projects or tasks requested by service delivery manager to meet company strategic target
- Present daily / weekly / monthly reports to ensure that the required updated are propagated properly.
- Held periodically technical training for Engineers to ensure well understanding of their work needs.
Qualifications Essential
Faculty of engineering with at least good
Qualifications Desirable
At least CCNA and CCNP is preferable
