 DSS Sales Executive At Etisalat Egypt (one year experience)



Job Purpose:

-To supervise DSS channel sales operations and coordinate with sales support and all concerned internal parties in accordance with DSS Channel Sales – Consumer business plan to achieve the assigned DSS agent’s target.

Qattamia

Main Responsibilities:

Handles and organizes all daily correspondences between related DSS Channel and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow.

Maintains updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress.

Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Back Office, Consumer Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress.

Increase Consumer customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives.

Supports related Consumer channel through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets.

Conducts daily visits to highlight progress in existing and new consumer customers.

Resolves and minimizes consumer customer’s problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.

 

Qualifications Essential

- University Degree.-Computer skills is necessary especially MS excel and power point.-Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading Writing & Oral).-Excellent Presentation skills.-Very Good Business writing skills.

Qualifications Desirable

-Requires excellent communication interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.-Ability to perform well under pressure.-Good Time Management skills.-Good Negotiation skills.

-Minimum 1 years of experience.
