                                      "District Sales Manager"

For the following governorate:-


-Achieve the sales and market share targets
-Has outstanding territory understanding
-Allocate his/her target to individual targets for each MSR in his/her team
-Has the appropriate follow-up system in place to track on a monthly basis (or more frequent if required) sales versus target
-Successfully leading and coaching to deliver quality calls and effectively uses the Rameda coaching and reporting system
-Has an effective leadership style to motivate and drive his/her team to the desired results
-Is effective to additionally motivate the top performing MSR in his/her team, as well as taking timely appropriate action on the low performers o Is effective in recruiting new MSR to fill the vacancies in a timely manner
-Takes personal responsibility and accountability for the major accounts in his/her territory, responsible for the formulary and tender / institutional targets in his/her territory
-KOL Management, capability to identify and list the KOL in his/her territory,moreoever, able to develop and successfully implement an appropriated KOL management plan in co-responsibility with marketing and medical
-Ensures this is done within the Rameda code of conduct and compliance
· Bachelor of pharmacy,science or veterinary medicine graduate
· At least 4 years experience as a district sales manager
. High communication and coaching skills
. Able to express himself/herself and talented in training others
. High Level of commitment and reliability
. English fluency
