Technical Support Engineer - IT At Alshaya Egypt
-Responsible for carrying out IT
technical requirements and support for assigned areas to provide technical
solutions that maintain daily efficiency.
-Configure and install the network
servers (Windows 2000/Novell/Linux)
-Enforce organization information
security standards, procedures, and guidelines.
-Handle on / off site computer
hardware and Network problems at any point of time.
-Handle Network design, cabling
and installation of new stores.
-Upgrade and migrate operating
systems and software applications.
-Handle user complaints and
problems and provide ultimate solutions to their needs and requirements.
-Assemble and install point of
sale systems (IBM, Micros)
- Graduate in Computer
Science/Engineering, and certified for all major Business Management
-Experience : Minimum 2 years in
the appropriate field.
-Fully competent Computer Hardware
Engineer with proven track record.
-Skills: Multi-tasking under
-Excellent communication skills.
