Senior HR Generalist At lramjewelry " well-known company in diamond and jewelry industry" located in Heliopolis.

•••Job Description:

√Handle the recruitment cycle starting with posting the job ads, screening C.Vs, scheduling interviews and making first interview for junior and supervisory jobs

√Prepare the JD for all jobs including required business Competencies.

√Coordinate the process of performance appraisals management for all staff.

√Coordinate in designing all engagement plan for staff and analyze its results.

√Handle internal communication: memorandums,quarter meetings, yearly events, etc.

√Prepare the TNA in collaboration with the

department's heads.

√Monitor the planned training programs and evaluate its ROI

√Develop and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and ensure corporate efficiency.

√Perform the job evaluation and assist in design the salary structure.

•••Job Requirements:

-4-6 years previous experience

-Multitasker, good planner and focused

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit

-Excellent command of English language

-Has the ability to travel inside Egypt
