This position
will be handling the company’s existing and prospective customers (small and
medium sized) by delivering strong technical support and briefly explaining the
company’s product that might be suiting our customer’s needs.
Also, he/ she is asked to develop a significant growth and achievement in
his/her sales area aligned with the company’s sales strategy and objective.
Qualifications:
Graduated from Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering university.2-4 years’ experience in a related field.
Good command of English Language.
Very Good computer skills.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast Learner and able to work in fast paced, challenging and demanding environment.
Must be active and mobile.

Graduated from (Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan, … or similar) University
1-4 years in construction field
V.Good in using the follow programs (AutoCAD – Revit , MEP related programs)
Good organization skills
Good time management
Good communication skills written and verbal
V.Good or fluent in English written and spoken
Accuracy and good attention to details
V.Good in using computer, office programs and all related programs.
Job Role:
-Prepare all shop drawings and all technical submittals for the assigned projects.-Costing and pricing for the tender projects following ETCO’ standard procedures.
-Fit-Out ongoing handed projects.
-Make sure completion of projects on time and based on the project time schedule.
-Coordinate between technical office and site to make sure all ongoing work execution based on the approved specifications and materials.
-Make sure all related project shop drawings execution period and quality.
-Handling Site Engineer or Site Supervisor responsibilities on-site and give all the required specifications and tasks.
-Coordinate with the financial department regarding subcontractors’ contracts.
-Supervise the sub-contractors, suppliers and all related work on-site.
-Coordinate with site regarding quantities and invoices for both the client and sub-contractors.
-Prepare ongoing site report to our technical office and to the client if needed.
-Coordinate with the technical office team to prepare all related project requirements and documents (invoices, As-built drawings, submittals, … etc) for finalizing the project.
