KEY OUTCOMES

Develop a strong understanding of the clients' business, industry and the challenges that they face.
Fully own, lead and understand at least two strategic trackers for client, e.g. Brand Health Tracking.
Lead and mentor up to 3 junior team members, use them to assist on strategic projects while also providing guidance, checking and support on smaller tactical projects that they own.
Build positive relationships with the client.
Establish relationships with internal operations to ensure buy in and timeous delivery of high pressure timelines.


CAPABILITIES

0-1 year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
Leading all stages of projects from brief to presentation
Ability to quickly learn TNS processes and then own research projects from start to finish including, proposal writing, research design, questionnaire and sample design, field monitoring, analysis planning and insights generation.
Ability to run both tracking and ad hoc quantitative projects.
Ability to motivate, guide and develop junior researchers skills.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment that relies on collaboration with clients, within the team and across departments.
