DESCRIPTION
· Monitor the order flow and secure a qualitative information
flow to concerned parties
· Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues.
· responsibility for managing customer order activity through the order
fulfillment cycle.

· Tackle the day-to-day workload and manage competing priorities.
· Effective communication with other departments as needed.

processes.
· Work collaboratively with other internal departments to quickly resolve
customer concerns.
· Participate in special tasks and perform additional duties as required.
· Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work
processes and procedures.
