⛔About the Job
🔵Conduct microbiological examinations for finished products, water, and raw materials in accordance with ISO 17025 to enumerate and detect spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms.
🔵Basically, microbiological work consists of, preparation of culture media, sterilization and sample preparation, testing (Qualitative, quantitative, and confirmation), reporting, and decontamination.
🔵Follow up and conduct microbiological examinations according to environmental monitoring plans based on food safety systems
🔵Ensure all daily testing requests are closed and reported accurately.
🔵Prepare technical sheets, test reports, and maintain observations of datasheets.
🔵Preserve and store samples as per the approved methods.
🔵Ensure good housekeeping and environmental monitoring of the lab during operation.
🔵Quality control of performance for culture media, reagents, kits, sera, and microbial reference strains.
🔵Follow up all equipment cleaning, verification, and record in related forms.
🔵Takes care of calibrations and routine maintenance, verification& performance of lab instruments.
🔵Follow up hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection programs for the manufacturing areas.
🔵Follow up and conduct lab quality assurance program.
⛔Job Requirements
🟣BSc of Science (Microbiology).
🟣Fresh graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in microbiological analysis.
🟣Upper-intermediate in English and MS office.
🟣Basic concepts of quality and microbiology.
